Option 1: Single Owner with Multiple Locations
When this applies: All your store locations are linked under a single Clover account with the email address.
Setup steps:
Log into your Clover web dashboard
Navigate to the App Market
Download the Trezoro Loyalty app for each location
The system will automatically link all locations together
Customers can immediately earn and redeem rewards across all stores
Key requirement: All locations must use different Merchant IDs but be connected under the same Clover account.
Option 2: Multiple Owners or Separate Entities
When this applies: Your store locations have different owners or operate under separate Clover dashboards.
Setup steps:
Contact Trezoro Loyalty support at rewards@trezoroloyalty.com or call directly
Provide information about all locations to be linked
The support team will configure the cross-location linking on the backend
Verify that all locations appear connected in your dashboard
Important note: Manual linking by Trezoro support is required for locations under different ownership structures.
