The app is asking me to sign in. Where do I get my login credentials?

Here's a step by step guide to help you create a login credentials to access the Trezoro app on your Clover device

If your login credentials are not working (or if you haven’t nominated any login credentials yet), please create a new password at https://trezoroloyalty.com/merchant/owner/main-menu/#/settings/locations


Step 1: On the left panel of your screen in your Trezoro dashboard account, under Settings, select Locations and Images.



Step 2: Under the column Actions, click the icon with an arrow point to the right.


Step 3: From here you can nominate a password for you to access the Trezoro app on your Clover device.  Take note of the username (don't change this - if you want to change this please contact support). Click Save to save your login credentials.


If upon signing in on the app and the app does not behave correctly, perform a quick uninstall, then install it again. If prompted to sign in, use the login credentials you have just nominated.


*Note that your Trezoro web dashboard username and password are different from the ones you use for the Trezoro app. Likewise, your Clover login is not the same as the one you use to access the Trezoro app.
